Returns Policy
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on essential oils or wax melts. Once opened, we cannot guarantee the purity and safety of these items. Therefore, all sales on these products are final.
We also do not accept returns on our unique, handcrafted soapstone oil burners, as each item is one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@lotusserenityyy.com. We may request photos and additional details to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return (if eligible) has been approved.

Refunds
Refunds are only granted if your item arrives damaged or if an error was made on our end. Once we’ve verified the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, please contact us.

Please note: sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
